Research Interests
Leandro G. Barajas received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with major in Control Systems and DSP, and minor in Mathematics at the Georgia Institute of Technology under the advisement of Professors Edward W. Kamen and Magnus B. Egerstedt in the Systems and Controls area. During his graduate work, he was research assistant at the Manufacturing Research Center (MARC) . His main research interests are in Digital and Optimal Control, Fuzzy Logic and Neural Networks. Currently, Dr. Barajas works as Staff Engineer in the Manufacturing Systems Research Lab (Robotics, Tooling & Equipment Group) at General Motors R&D Center in Warren, MI, USA.
